Yes. Parking is available inside the complex, making it easier to load and unload your belongings. Moving equipment is also provided for customers to use.

Online sign-up is available for selected storage options, including extra-small units. For other sizes, submit an availability enquiry and our team will help you find an appropriate unit.

Storage units can be accessed during Door of Hope Central Storage’s operating hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am–3:00pm
Sundays and public holidays: Closed

Yes. Customers provide their own padlock so they retain complete control over access to their unit. Padlocks are also available to purchase from the Storage Office if required.
Door of Hope Central Storage does not keep keys to rented units.
